Chop 2-3 leaves of mint and put them to macerate in 40gr oil.Remove the tentacles from the squid and cut the bodies into 3 pieces. Cut zucchini down in order to get some zucchini ribbons.Grease the zucchini ribbons and grill them on a hot saucepan. Season with salt and keep them aside. Heat the left oil in a saucepan, brown both the prawn tails and the squid for 3-4 minutes, then turn off the heat and add salt.Lay the prawn tails, squid, zucchini on a dish, season with oil scented of mint. If you use bigger squid, lay them in a saucepan for a couple of minutes before laying the prawn tails.
