Tart of Anchovies

600g cleaned and boned anchovies  
3 tablespoons of bread crumbs  
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley  
1 clove of garlic finely chopped  
olive oil  
salt to taste
Wash the anchovies and dry them well with kitchen roll.  
Cover the bottom of a shallow baking dish with a layer of anchovies, cover them with parsley and garlic mixed with breadcrumbs, add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with a little oil.  
Continue alternating the layers until all the anchovies have been used.  
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes and serve immediately.
